Mysterion. -> Alt for leaving partners (12/28/2012 8:47:41)

I am pretty sick now, i have done 9 battles and 7 of my partners left first turn.
That makes it impossible to win and it ruins my whole record.

Its time the devs do something for this.
Yes it has been suggested before much times but it just has to be implented.
Alternative like light/medium/heavy mechallid takes the place of the leaving player.
I dont really care what will show up, but gimme at least a meat shield that does a minmum 20 dmg over the whole battle.

This is a great idea but I think it would be fair if your "new" partner has the same stats as the person who left! Mysterion., I once got into a 2v1 battle with a Level 35 BH and a Level 33 CH straight away. I beat them though.

@LatinLover/Martini, something like a Mechachillid but with some cost.

They need to make it at least you take your partners turn so it would be:

Your turn, opponen1's turn.
Your Turn, Opponent 2's turn.

etc.

Many 2v2 battles I could have still won despite the DCing partner if I simply got the extra deserved turn in between the opponents.

THAT right there Remorse is a simple and highly effective solution. Playing and developing small games I can tell you that that turn balance is very strong.



Ask Titan or Rabblefroth how massive of a task and the resulting impacts that this would procure.

I would ask them if they were willing to communicate :/

I suggested it about a year ago as-well so perhaps following the year suggested ago trend (they seem to use ideas suggested around a year ago) that they will import this pretty obvious solution soon.

Supported, I actually think this would be a great idea! An NPC that's fairly weak that exists for each level from 1-35, and it replaces the lost ally if they leave. Of course, if your ally's turn already came, I don't think it should happen because your ally could use an attack and D/C in the middle, resulting in some unfair fights...

not a bad idea. i would also be ok with the idea of the battle just not counting on your record if ally disconnects.

Not supported. Have you played with one of these characters in the infernal war? They aren't helpful in the least and their moves are completely random. They don't heal you when you needed and they only buff themselves. Not the kind of partner I would want replacing someone who leaves me in battle.

I support this, it isnt much but at least you still have a slight chance to win.
now if someone leaves we lose no matter what

They're still helpfull than you alone. Imagine they would probably will focus on that bot so you can attack others.

As I said have you ever fought in the infernal war when it was 2 human players versus 1 human and a mechachild before they axed it? You would need extreme luck or for both of your opponents to be weak in order to pull this off. You might as well be doing a high level jug match.
