Since I know that houses aren't allowed to be sold for a reason I don't know why. I suggest to make them sellable in omega for 50% credits and how much ever percent of varium you get by selling a certain weapon :) This might help the people who have houses and are low on certain credits and want a weapon. They can sell it and get a percentage of var and credits :)

Quite surprising how houses aren't sellable to me actually.

Can I get at least 100% sellback for 4 old houses meant for teleporting? I mean, they took up a $50 package and lasted a couple months but if I am mistaken it lasted less than a month.

Why do we need the power to sell weapons? We just don't need them and would like some credits and var we spent on them back. You would not believe how many people bought houses because they wanted fast teleports. The trouble of finding the conductor, then going to central and then finding the station you wanted to jump to a certain part of Delta V was too much trouble. Sell the houses, they are useless now.

If you buy something, you should be able to sell it back. Simple as. There may be exception such as 10 Year Bike being unsellable or Beta items but these have a reason. Houses don't. They are there to show off now, nothing else unless they add more features but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to sell them back.

Major support, yet the one thing this would interfere with is the badge for owning 4 houses.
