Hyperlinking (Full Version)

Is there an explanation for how to do it? As in, clicking on the link will move you down to the respective post or phrase? Take for example AQ's Monster Index. Clicking on one of the "letter" links will bring you down to the post regarding monsters whose names begin with that letter.

Under your post there is a link titled Post:#1 or something along those lines, click it and a info box will appear with the link to that exact post.
