Supported!!
But wht abt reducing the specials maximum damage... cause i know ppl would just refrain from using the special and then suddenly use it in like the 8th round(especially ppl with tank builds who will loop heal and their 1st rage will be in around the 7th-8th round)...

13891389aaaaa -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 11:06:00)

Sr. Zeph

I don't think it should get nerfed! Nothing in ED was or ever will be OP simply by its nature! What makes it OP is a possibility to exploit it. I thought that infernal bot had 4 turn cooldown, not 5. If its 5, then 25% increase. That way it stays the same as it is but the diff is that you have to use it when it's weak also and not just spam when at 140%.

Stabilis -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 11:42:49)

Random suggestion for your Suggestion Xendran:

•Infernal Android's Attack and Special Attack have a 3-turn cooldown

•Infernal Laser (IL) starts at 75%

•IL increases by 25% per turn up to 125%

•IL resets after use

That means IL can be used every 4 turns with 3 turns in cooldown and up to 3 turns charging.

That implies that turn 3 is maximum damage then every 6 turns (3 cooldown + 2 charging + 1 attack). Or every 4 turns for 75%. Or every 5 turns for 100%. I suggested this before and these are my text details.

The Incredible Hulk -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 12:02:51)

I do not agree with none of this non-sense.

The whole point of this bot coming out of life was because it was supposed to immitate the 'Delta vault', If the delta vault was weakened, then surely go ahead and weak the bot but no, I do not think so as the delta vault kept powering up each round with high amount of damage (if it was a low kind of damage, then the bot should have a low damage but since that is the case, NO!).

The whole point on the infernal bot was to immitate the purpose of the delta vaults special.

I disagree with everything you guys say even another new suggestion, just leave it.

Promiscuous -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 14:48:17)

Not supported. Obviously you either dont get the idea of the bot or get beaten badly by it and want it nerfed.

This is the most common mistake on this forums. People think that those who are suggesting stuff actually have a personal problem with the suggested fact/item/nerf/buff and want it modified for their own personal benefit only.

Mother1 -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 15:05:28)

@ drianx

While that is true in some cases, in others it has also been proven that some people don't like that this bot because it is more powerful then the gamma bot since it is a f2p bot while gamma is a p2p bot. It has been said quite a few times on the forums by some people.

In this case however, it is hard to tell, but to be honest I still think this bot should be permanently removed from the game and everyone refunded their money.

Out of all the bots in the game this one wasn't even tested correctly and was thrown upon us, and even after 2 nerfs people are still complaining about this bot.

I also think the bot should be removed, but I do not agree with this reason, because it promotes pay-to-win. Infernal Android would have been a game breaker bot even if it had been varium only.

No. I use this bot. Do not post stuff like this that isnt helpful

Stabilis -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 15:35:56)

I have also used IA abusively early after it's release, at 60 damage after turn 5 (AFTER damage calculations) is ridiculous.

It had used to be 1.5 times the damage which is MORE than Maxaccre but now it is EQUAL to Maxaccre... minus the differences between Strength and Focus+Technology. Why it is that damaging without energy costs I do not know, as it overpowers the skills Berzerker or Plasma Bolt. SKILLS. And the IA is a weapon, IL is but a weapon ability. No excuses. I know when something is overpowered in damage.

Waxor9001 -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 17:27:13)

Supported, it too strong right now.

hijinks -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 17:28:16)

But how about those guys who have it and it doesn't work very well?

Rayman -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 19:38:54)

I Guess I Support, a simple reset can make this bot fine and fix all this bot stuff.
Hijinks: Still that's not a reason to not make this happends .-. and if it doesn't work very well, then they have to learn how to use it.

Mother1 -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/8/2013 20:03:51)

@ rayman

It might, but then some will still complain if people use it correctly to slaughter them, just like with just about everything else in the game. But with omega coming if this bot isn't nerfed right it will be unstoppable.

Metallico -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/10/2013 1:27:53)

Supported, i think this bot is extremedly overpowered since it is the strongest bot in the game, even more than the gamma bot and at a cheaper price..

Giras Wolfe -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/10/2013 2:54:51)

I think people don't realize how insane 140% damage is on a focus tank with 100+ tech.

We're talking on AVERAGE 65 nearly unstoppable damage on rage. Heck, its far more powerful than the "real" finishing moves like supercharge which cost energy and stat points.

If you survive that once, you shoudn't have to survive it twice.

DOOMdeath -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/10/2013 13:56:28)

I support the idea of nerfing it. I mean, there is no defense when someone rages IL with loads of tech...... I suggest that IL could be used only once per battle. And 140% dmg is too much. I remember, when I used to be CH and I used high tech build (just testing) with insane resistance (I think it was 33-40+5+10) and that thing did 52 dmg on rage after all nerfs and that seems too much for me.

SylvanElf -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/10/2013 14:22:36)

Support a re-balancing... I use it as a major part of my current build, and it is too strong imo.

Wrathchild -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/18/2013 7:46:03)

Lower the damage cap isnt also a bad idea, when at full power, at rage, it generally does 60+ damage, thats an absurd. But if Bot gets nerfed people would simply migrate so strength builds

Ranloth -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/18/2013 7:51:02)

I guess a cap of 120% damage, reset upon use, 5% per turn and starts at 90% could do. Whilst in cooldown, it would warm up so you'd never deal that 90% damage unless you use it on the 1st turn.
It'd end up stronger than Gamma at roughly 105%+ but reset upon use so wouldn't be that bad.

rayniedays56 -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/19/2013 2:28:35)

This dude speaks truth :D

Sure, the Infernal Android was meant to be powerful? But was it meant to be the BEST build in the game? The SPAMMIEST build in the game?

Right now, I see 90-95% of the builds on ED now using the wait builds, meaning they play defensively, healing about 4-6 times to lengthen the battle. At around the 10th+ rounds, they rage the IL, which unleashes 50-60 damage per turn.

They can use this powerful laser, once they build it up, once every 4 turns. That is 100-120 damage after they have built up the laser.

How is this NOT overpowered? O_O

I finally understand why the hunters are using Smoke/malf massacre builds. It is one of the only builds that can defeat the wait IA build.

derpbuscus -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/25/2013 9:50:34)

Supported, way overpowered. Make a tank build and keep healing, then rage with IA? It turns the game around, I think either lower the damage of this bot or take it out.

CN2025 -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/28/2013 5:48:40)

Not supported its been nerfed like twice or something plus it has a four turn cool down unlike gamma so a nerf is not needed

rayniedays56 -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/28/2013 7:39:25)

@cn2025

The IA has been nerfed once.

I feel it needs nerfed once more by a simple RESET put onto it. Make it at 90% start, 120% max, and a reset. Boom, it is balanced.

Super Fat Man -> RE: Very Obvious Infernal Android Fix (1/28/2013 18:36:08)

YES! Maybe the initial damage can be reduced but otherwise good.
