I love how Founder got extended so many times, but seems like it will end on Sunday...

As of now we have no clue regarding those two...though I do hope for Young 13 to get released soon...

I do recall Frost Queen being a promo character so she'll probably be around when Founder leaves. I assume Young will come around soon as well.

Frost Queen and Winter Goddess are both Promos I think.
I would guess they'd replace Void Reaper and Black Dragon somewhere in the Future
