hmm....lets see.......i don't even bother with fame, i don't care much about it, most of my fames are from people who chose to fame me instead of F4F.
and no, fame is the least important and most broken feature of ED, fame beggars are a pain in battle.

@gangster A im sure he wants us to discuss how we increase our fame, like fame begging or increase your fame in another way.

I don't care about fame at all been here since forever ago and I still have less that 200 fame most of which came from people who famed me before I could respond with a "no" from there f4f

it's an irritance and really should be remove one of the irksome things to me is not even 10 seconds into a fight hearing "f4f" followed by "f4f please" "i'm on leaderboard" "PLZ" "stupid noob" the list goes on.

I seriously think no. It is one of the most broken features in EpicDuel. They should just remove the fame achievements and leaderboards, that just makes the problem worse! But I guess as long as people are posting them on social websites (which can bring a few new players. That's also how I first saw EpicDuel) it will be a feature to stay.

Ok for your first question Several ways. My friends famed me through face book and other social networks, and I got it ingame As for your second question it depends. For those who want the 10K cheevo it is, but to others they feel it is a waste of time, annoying and would love nothing more for fame to go so they can finally see the fame for fame thing stop.

My fame so far is from faming myself and from others' F4F requests.
Eventually I'll take it seriously for the 10k cheevo, but can't be bothered to do it right now [:D]

1. i won fame badge first day it came out, and everyone on leaderboard got the badge. thank GOD, because i won it before f4f was invented, i dont even know how i won, i just came back from vacation and people told me i was in leaderboard. was very happy haha :)I was on vacation when banna armor came out and i wanted it so bad!

Nope, not a fan of Fame here. I just randomly fame myself and others when I'm on their character pages at times.

I don't ask for F4F and that's why I never won the Rising Star. I don't enjoy harassing other people as it takes away the point from a PvP game. However, I do fame others if they ask for F4F; don't see any reason to reject them when it's just a few clicks away.

i dont bother with fame i like my cheevos but .... fame was a mistake really it just endorsed gave people a reason to harrass you and they dont take no for a answer. really annoying

Fame is the worst thing they added to ED. It pretty much destroyed normal chat in-game.
Can't go anywhere without someone saying "f4f plz" Which I reply with "I don't fame, I'm already famous." --- Like a boss.

So I don't get fame, the fame I have now is from randomers asking for me to fame back... ^I reply with or just ignore...
No it isn't important. It was utter stupid to add this to the game. It was 1 of them things which made me stop battling in ED, after beta it just went downhill for me. =/

I will be getting/got my fame from EDMU. Reason there is no present text because EDMU isn't putting out videos right now.

Fame is pointless to me because ever before fame I would get "Hey I read your posts on the forums" in battle

it is true about some of us just want 10k fame if you ask me they need to like 5k at least 10k is way to much or just give us all rockstart and achive and remove it.

Q: Is fame really important?
A: For some people, fame is important. But fame do not affect your game play.
What can you get in fame?
- 100 fame = Famous (Achievement)
- 1000 fame = Celebrity (Achievement)
- 10000 fame = Rockstar (Achievement)
- Most fame gained in the day = Raising Star (Achievement)

I used to fame myself every day, but I don't anymore now that I've gotten to 1k. I don't ask for fame, its a major distraction in battle, and I know many people get annoyed by it.
I don't really have an opinion on whether its removed or not, honestly I don't really care.
