Would it be possible to add lean tags to the linked Armor Index? It would involve adding a minimal amount of text but would be very helpful to those trying to choose equipment.

We tested it and it looks messy. With the existing 5 tags (FO, SO, N, SD, FD), N/A (for non swept/unknown armors), O(Other. like SpellCasting), it quickly became unwieldy/confusing. If the staff implement other leans different from those, we'd need to add another tag for them.

Just as an added note. Your suggestion is already somewhat implemented anyway. Armour entries include the lean type, swept armours anyway as older ones can't be classified. So just clicking on an armour in the list will already be sufficient enough to tell you what lean it is.

No, I see that, that's why I suggested it; then again, there aren't enough armors to warrant sticking the leans in the index, anyway.
