Alright then, I'll just combine the official wiki's location with the unnofficia, and with what Aranq said and search the second lowest dark area for him.
Still, I hate going up against Master Barbarians...and Frost Voids seem to use Ice Orbs in all the wrong ways...all they very wrong ways...

Wish I knew what was going on, if none of the servers are letting you on I really have nothing to give accept waiting until Nulgath fixes these bugs.

Improved AI = Artificial Intelligence (Computer controlled enemies) Now use combos and stuff except not as good as a player, but still capable! :D

An ice character which is at the master level...an example of fighting a Master Barbarian.

MB Has 20 defense
Me:I knocked that defense down my turn
MB uses it's turn to regain that 20 defense and shatters me...

nah, new AI isn't hard, I fought for 8 or so hours in it, and didn't lose a single fight.

There are many locations for a Master Ice Character, most of which I encountered while farming for Father Time, used Father Time's exact location from the official wiki and chances are you will run into a Master Barbarian or Frost Void.

Apparently people are and I take it you didn't see through the sarcasm in my typing about the new AI?
I mean, I only really find ice character AI annoying now that they can stack defense on a new level and freeze people out the ***
But I have yet to lose to them...closest I got to loosing was with 6 HP remaining against an Master Barbarian
