How about adding multiple interface skins, with personalized buttons, HP/EP/Rage bars, and all other similar features?
There could even be themed skins.
Or maybe some templates could be released and players could suggest their own ED skins.
I would spend some varium on a nice themed skin.

I know this means expanding the database, but I'm not sure if it would cause lag, since the amount of file requests will remain the same.

it should be done when the devs don't have much to do.
