It is. the bar stops right before 21 (after 103 or 104 fights)

That is a good thing for when they raise the cap, atleast you can level up to 21 instantly, that is if you have used it enough.

I have 70 but I hope we get the option to sell characters in the future, I don't want them all, just the best ones and my favourites of course.

I'm at just 52 Characters
and that's because i don't catch one of every character,i just catch one and fully evolve
and if i want to look like the original then i use appearance lock
EDIT:And before anyone asks, i have them all so far except Stone Golem,Minotaur,VK,BD and VR

@Basicball It really is; mine's already at level 13 and I've only been farming for about 6 hours. The level grinding is SO much faster than Rev Egg because the battles are SO MUCH quicker.

Friends list is confirmed for tonight from the previous DN's. I think DarkonDrago as a character (Rev just finished making Shaister's Ninja and Fiend thing yesterday so I don't think Nulgath made they're animations yet)

@Vagaran Meh. Skexis is a apprentice so I did not level more than level 5. And VK is a master so his evos will require level 20 .-.

My Skexis is lv.4, and I'm literally just waiting for his evo to come ^.^ I surely don't hope VK will give you the option to turn into ANY of the 4 Gen.1 breeds...
