There should be a new achievement for unlocking all classes. It should give quite high rating points.

he means playing as all the classes and not supported. This would only promote people jumping classes without thought to get this. This is something that needs to be discouraged not encouraged.

This is completely true. The developers have said that class changing is something they want people to really think about before they go ahead with it.
