trolling banana -> Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 20:32:54)

Before anyone says anything, let me tell you that i searched topics, but didn't found topic about this.
This topic is to discuss what you think about the PRICE of Infernal Android.
Like some topics already discussed this bot has really powerfull attack. Now let's take for example Gamma bot:
Gamma bot
- energy and physical attack
- does "normal" damage
COSTS 1900 VARIUM AND 15K

vs

Infernal Android
- energy and physical attack
- does more damage than Gamma after about 6 rounds
COSTS 14K

Now another example would be Wraith Devastator or Destroyer. They cost 35k or 995 varium and 12k.
I know that Infernal bot was made for non-variums mostly, but price of it is 1k and 1900 varium less than gamma bot, which was similar to it.
So my point is that Infernal's price is way 2 low for its power. ( Or other weps like Wraith Decestator are 2 expensive for non-variums)
Now discuss what do you think about PRICE of infernal Android (comapred to Gamma bot (varium version of Infernal) and comapred to other weapons that were released for variums and non variums (like Wraith Destroyer)

And once again, this topic is made to discuss of a price (is price 2 low, 2 high or good?..and be realistic if possible..)

p.s: i'm sorry if such topic was already made. I searched for it + asked friends but it seems no1 was discussing what tpeople think about price of this item. + sorry if there is any spelling mistake.

Mother1 -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 20:43:38)

You forgot that the gamma bot and the infernal android were made in two different time frames as well. when the gamma bot was made it was made when the staff cared more about the paying player then the free to play player. Plus you also got to remember the Gamma bot was a legacy item for that phase so of course it would cost more.

The infernal android on the other hand like the gamma bot is the first of it's kind as well. However I say this because this was the beginning when the staff started to see the free to play player as well a making it easy access for them to get so of course it would be cheap.

But if you are worried about it being too low in price remember in omega credit prices will increase for items so that will effectively end your issue about it being cheap.

trolling banana -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 20:49:23)

true Gamma bot is "old", so maybe it was bad example.
But rusty assault bot is only 1k also and its like a free version of assault bot. And it is weaker than assault bot.
So since Infernal has better damage than any bot released for f2p (rusty bot), shouldn't the price be higher aswell?

And didn't knew Omega will change prices that much :O Ty for the info xd

and btw isn't 14k still to easy to get? ( u farm this up in 24 hours if u only lose all 2v2s u get into)

Hun Kingq -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 21:13:04)

Also Infernal Android damage resets at round 15 I found that out with Armor Hazard

Mother1 -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 21:17:26)

@ hun

The infernal android doesn't have a reset feature added to it. I fought against Admin 11 and armor hazard, and my damage stays the same when I rage it any turn past 15 unless I score a crit. If you meant it doesn't increase after turn 15 then you are correct. Reset however no it doesn't.

trolling banana -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 21:18:24)

@Hun Kingq
i think u used physical attack (that's why it was only 100% dmg)

+ what do you think about the price for such powerfull bot? (varium and credit price...both seems low 2 me personally)

Hun Kingq -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 21:31:00)

Mother1, yes it does, I used it recently against Armored Hazard.

trolling banana, it was the energy attack I used because it increased in damage before round 15 I got 64 to 66 damage then it dropped down to level 1 causing me to get less damage causing less health return which in turn I lost the match because of that plus lack of blocking.

All this was non critical
I just got 63 no rage damage in round 11, round 16 I got 49 no rage damage, and round 25 I got 19 no rage damage so if it does not reset than it is a huge bug.

I also tried it against chairman in round 11 I got 64 non rage damage, round 16 I got 47 non rage damage.

If it is not a bug it is quite clear they put a reset on it without telling anyone.

trolling banana -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 21:41:09)

well it's 1st time for me hearing this, but anyway can we stay on-topic..cause atm we r kinda going off-topic

topic was what do you think about a price for such robot? (let's assume it doesn't reset dmg, and that it wont be expensiever in omega)

p.s: just tryed admin..round 16 was same dmg as round 22 (64 dmg (both on rage)) tested by: me and Properto Reloaded.

Mother1 -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:07:00)

@ hun

I fought against both Admin 11 and Armor hazard today as well. From my experience with this bot, after round 15 the damage remained at the max for me. I don't know why it reset for you, but we both know the staff didn't make any balance changes so it might be a bug for you.

TRizZzCENTRINO -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:10:07)

@hun kingq no it doesn't, i was versing admin 11 and used infernal android' special beyond 15 rounds, it doesn't reset.

trolling banana -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:17:38)

Now that we pretty much told him already that infernal should stay capped at 140%, can we get back on topic? <.<
and since Omega isn't here yet, let's ignore that for now 2. So with both offtopics gone, can u people remain ontopic?

TRizZzCENTRINO -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:21:37)

to be honest, infernal android should cost more than wraith devastator/destroyer, because infernal android is way more complex and powerful than a typical weapon, in the real world it should be expensive for a robot, but it was a war reward, so it has to be affordable for everyone.

SouL Prisoner -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:37:17)

^they should have made it 250 varium and 16k credits

Mother1 -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:40:01)

@ soul

they made it for varium or credits because they wanted everyone to have it. Making it cost both would only have helped varium players and make the gap in power even worse for Non variums since they would get their brains blasted out by this OP bot that was nothing but trouble to begin with.

trolling banana -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:42:49)

we share similar opinion TrizZz....but wasn't ten year titan bike a reward from event 2? (and it's rare, infact ultra rare now)
So if u look at it as a reward..it should go rare right? (cause ppl who didn't participate can't claim reward for something they didn't do).
For now this robot isn't rare + it's avaliable for all players at low price. (they could make it cheaper only for war participants if they wanted 2 ..i quess)
and comparing his power with his price it's kinda low even for reward tbh (if it wasn't the "reward" i'd say the price is like 3x lowest than it should be)

@ Soul
Well that would ruin their purpouse, since it was for f2p. But that would be decent price for this bot (reward) though

@Mother1
agreed..this bot is trouble u.u

TRizZzCENTRINO -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:47:51)

@above 10 year titan is a free ultra-rare item, therefore it has to go because everyone can get it with a click and also gaining rarity points at the same time.
the infernal android doesn't give rarity points and it has its costs, so in-order to make it fair for everyone, they made it stay in the game, or else, everyone who was in the war can beat new players up with the bot.

trolling banana -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:56:38)

yh but it's rare cause it was a reward..at least in logical way rewards shouldn't be given to every1.
And let's face it...u said it has its costs and doesn't give any rarity + its avaliable to every1....so how is this a reward for war players?
Well they could make new robot for non-war people or they could just rise price of Infernal now that war is over? And that's why i'm saying the price is 2 low, cause every1 from war already got it (i hope), now that war people were rewarded is just an ordinary item in shop (and pretty cheap1 too).
And if u look at such OPed bot as normal shop item for 14k..isn't that pretty unfair price?

TRizZzCENTRINO -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 22:58:07)

@above everyone got it during the war had more advantage with it, it was OP during the war, therefore meaning more kills until it was nerfed.

trolling banana -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 23:09:33)

well ok. But if we leave war for now (since its over for few months already? ).
And let's leave the nerf for now 2.
The bot as it is now (nerfed and all...few months after war... etc.) for costs of 14k, avaliable for all,at it's (still) big (so i won't say its still OPed) damage isn't really comparable to such a low price..is it?
well ik u already answered that it should be higher if it wasn't the reward...but still atm it isn't a reward anymore..idk how 2 explain it though..

Mother1 -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 23:24:11)

^

Well they can't do much about that now for the soul purpose that they are in the middle of a massive update for the next epic duel phase. second as I said before credit prices will be going up so your wish will be coming true since the prices of all items will inflate.

trolling banana -> RE: Infernal Android (untold story) (1/21/2013 23:26:41)

^

Well yh, ik they can't do anything till omega arrives.. well if they make it nicely priced in Omega..then i'll be happy ^^
