There is no quest for this Dungeon, I think it's bugged.

@JJ55: How do you know he doesn't? Of course there could be a glitch that doesn't show the supposed missing char assuming it exsists. Or it could just be hard to find. Or the six chars that vertigo linked could just be the only ones that were release.
