i suggest having dmg and def/res like this: 52- 56 instead of 17-21 + 35 so it doesn't take so long to count

wouldnt the damage range be larger since it gains one dmg every 5 levels?

Here is my thinking. Basically if someone has a weapon that deals less than +35, I win. The stat loss will be to great, or more likely so, they aren't very learned in the game, and won't be able to out-strategize me.

Since I don't even need to bother with people that have numbers to add other that 35, I can just look at their base damage to see how much they'll do.

And it's not like anyone really calculates what the actual damage of his attack will be. Someone with 14-17 + 35 does low damage, and someone with 21-26 + 35 will do alot.

I do not see a need for this to be implemented.

Actually this is good. Players don't care about math in this game and showing this as the base damage of every weapon, the stats of every player should be hidden being replaced by the damage itself.

I like the fact stat improved damage is separate from the weapon base damage.



This means you can clearly see the effects of stat buffs and debuffs.

Plus unfortunately for you, I think they also plan on splitting the robot damage to be like other weapon now also.

Nice idea but sorry but I do not support this. Separating the weapon damage to the base damage of the player shows how you improve your stats in retraining and how debuffs/buffs affect you. It also shows how good the quality of your weapon is. Implementing that idea you mentioned revokes the simple benefits mentioned earlier.

You guys realize you can show these numbers (stat bonus, weapon damage) next to their respective stat so to speak.

For example you can place +30 from Focus next to Focus! Or +35 Sidearm damage next to Strength! Sheesh!

For those saying it's irrelevant, this simply reduces code space for the numbers when looking into people's stats.
