the "save point" is so that we could "travel back", so if u were to travel back everything you had at the current time is gone, exp, purchased weps, credits, etc, but everything you had from the time you created a save point is brought back. It's also a way to somewhat protect accounts that have been hack/scammed and there weapons have been sold.

Not supported. If you don't want to get hacked or scammed Don't give out your data to other people. It is your own fault if you get hacked or scammed.

Even if this feature was put into play do you think the hacker would save selling all your stuff as the new save point anyways if they wanted to mess you up?

There is a screen that asks you are you sure you want to sell your items for this reason. So if you sell your stuff after that, then buy it back. If it is rare then that is on you. The point is the same feature you claim will protect someone won't help you unless the scammer doesn't know about the feature and even so it has been said many times don't give out you account info to anyone it is a bannable offense and against the rules.
