I think the 5 lvl range is too high. In my opinion it should be 2 levels.

My only problem with this idea is that the wait for a fight will increase with the decreased range.

The 5 lvl range has a purpose as well; to let others feel that they DID level up. With 8 more stats and 2 more skills, you hardly can feel that you're 2 lvls higher than your opponent...
