Hi there.
Every once in a while, when I try posting a message on a thread or sending a PM, this is what happens;
- I type in what I'd like to say,
- I click "Ok"
- The loading circle starts spinning on the top of the tab in Google Chrome,
- It spins around for quite some time,
- And then, usually says there's been a problem loading the Webpage. The same thing you'd let's say, get when you try to access the internet when one of your cables is unplugged.

I really don't think there's a problem with my connection as it works perfectly fine on any other site or forum I use.
Many times have I written messages that were quite large in length, which of course took me a long time to put together, and then this issue would occur.
It's EXTREMELY irritating. I'd really love to have this fixed once and for all.

(Oh, and just watch- It's going to happen just as soon as I try and sumbit this post.. And it did.)

Happens to me occasionally on my iPod. Just quickly copy the text, click cancel and repost it. I hope it works.

Yeah, that's what I usually do. Only lately, not even that works. >_<

Have you tried using a different browser and clearing your cache?

Yes, I've tried IE, Opera and Safari, still nothing.
I've actually cleared my cache just now, and again- With no results.

EDIT: I've tried using Firefox, and nope. The problem's still there.

Hmm. Try:
-Clearing history
-Clearing cookies
If you have a mobile device like iPhone, try posting from there.

Ugh, nope.. Didn't work. And unfortunately, my phone's broken.

Hmm. A toughie question. I think we should get an AK to help, since forum issues like this are usually fixed within a day.
I do think, however, it's your connection.

Even if it is my connection, why would this only occur on the Battleon Forums?

There are hundreds of users. They could all try to post a message at the same time as you in different areas. It could also be lag.

This sounds like you're losing connection to the server periodically. The reason why this only seems to happen with the server the AE Forums are hosted on could be your physical proximity to them. If you're quite a distance away, and you have a somewhat unstable connection, you're going to have this issue from time to time. There's not a whole lot that can be done from this end that wouldn't involve physically hosting the forums closer to your location, which let's be honest isn't likely to happen. The best advice I can give is what you already know: Save a copy of your longer posts in case this happens so you don't have to retype them from memory.
