Hi guys not sure if this is a FSI, but still giving it a shot.

I currently have 3 accounts on one master account. A Bounty hunter, Tech mage and a Mercenary.

The first 2 are actually being used, but the Mercenary is kinda neglected, and since the new basic armors coming, I might want
to create a new character. But I'm kinda embarassed of my lvl 4 Mercenary [:)]. So maybe there should be a button that says "delete character".

With of course a safety catch that askes "Are you sure you want to delete [name]? " .

Just throwing it out there.

It was already said that this won't happen for the time being. Main problem is security issues which are top priority. Safety confirmation won't really do much since anyone can get onto your account and delete your character. Or get onto your e-mail (you may have Transaction #ID stored there) and take full control of your account and delete everything. IP can be checked but there are ways around that too. It's not feasible for now and won't for the time being, unless of course you cover all the security issues with it.

Yes, other AE games have it but they are limited with deleting. Upgraded characters in other games cannot be deleted either, F2P can with level block (past L50 in AQ).

Sorry to break it up to you , but the idea is a FSI . Although i do want to delete certain alt characters like what Trans said , it's quite a risk to implement it .

2 things

One this is in the FSI and second not supported. Hackers and Scammers would just delete people's characters and all the money they spend on that character will go down the drain. To many security issues for this to work.

I still support this and i will always do that.
As alot of the counterarguments are invalid.

Invalid.
When they have your email, they just change the emailadress to theres, then change the passwords and BAM, the account is theres, so a invalid reason.

They name change and class change a few times and all the money is also gone, so yet again a invalid reason.

Only real counterargument is a few accidental misclicks where you delete the character by accident.
But theres also a workaround for that (email confirmation)

So get some better counterarguments trans and mother.

And how do you know hackers/scammers wouldn't just delete the character in the first place if this was put into play?

They would only do that because that is all they would be allowed to do. So if they are allowed to delete characters as well who is to say they won't do it? You can't just assume that they won't since the option has never been put into play. We know hacker/scammers destroy accounts by spending up the varium/credits and selling the gear. the only thing they could do worse is delete the characters in that account and with this put into play they could do just that.
