Nah, retraining should stay the same price, but you should be able to re-allocate points for free as well instead of having to do it individually. However, if you're re-allocating after you retrained, then there should be a fee.
The phase has already shown how expensive it has been. I'm only on a level 13 character (no cores) and things are already pricy, I can only imagine how it must be for those in the competitive scene that practically need to fill those cores. I mean, here at level 13, it costs us at least 1000 credits for major build changes due to the 250 C times the 4 equipments (Primary, secondary, AUX, armor) + your retrain cost.
NPC aren't helping as they now offer half as much credits and the higher leveled ones are stronger.
