Regarding Rares (Full Version)

So I was thinking, now that all items have a credit price to them, some of those seasonal rares that you are so proud to carry (Yes, Im talking varium items) will lose a lot of there cool, rare unique factor and will become more common throughout Epic Duel.

Maybe Im being a bit selfish here, but I like the idea that my rares might actually stay rare. In my opinion I think now that all items have a credit option, some of the past seasonal rares should be put to rest and become perma rare.

How do you guys feel about this? Do you want your rares to stay rare among the community, or are you excited to buy back old seasonal rares that you may have sold before Omega?

im not happy that anyone can get a rare for free now ,

im not being selfish its just when i bought some of them the only way to get them was with real cash and they give nothing now .

i mean you can make the basic club as good as any rare in battle now . nuff said

Since i don't have any money to buy varium, i am usually angry and jealous of the people who have varium now i can't be mad anymore

I know, Im ultimately split on what I think, I like keeping things rare, buuut....There are weps that I sold that I want back haha

Oh ok that makes more sense now, I get what your feeling, I spent beta and gamma and some of delta as a non var and found it quite frustrating

The decision is ultimately theirs but I personally think seasonal items, promos, rares and character gears should still have a 4 point advantage over normal gears like how swords now have 1 more attack and 4 stats over other weapons. I just really hate to see them, in a way, go to waste. It's not like non vars can't get em, they're priced with a credit option now.

I think they need something added to them, otherwise some of these items will just start to lose some of their overall awesomeness. Either that or they start putting in a larger variety of weapons to increase the variety among players and leaving items with more uniqueness.

I don't really mind, now I can get Beast Rider Armor for 2 of my accounts.

Also, you kind of had it coming...By buying a Seasonal, you knew it's going to come back eventually...And it just so happens that a new stage of the game where Credits = Varium came out.

Beast Rider will never lose its awesomeness. You have no idea how much losing 5 EP can screw your opponent over at the most unexpected times.

Lol I definitely know how great beast rider is, been using it since last year, and yes they are seasonal rares, so they come back, the thing that bothers me is that now the weapon that I bought that required varium is a more unique weapon than one that is bought does not require credits.

Part of the greatness that is Omega is bringing out your old weapons (because everyone know's older weps are cooler and for lack of a better term unique) Its annoying that my weapon will lose the uniqueness that makes me love the weapon even more.

So for me, it's a bummer, your not gonna know if I bought my beast rider yesterday or last year, and seeing old weapons, for me, is one of the best parts of omega and eventually, other than perma rares old weapons will no longer be old weapons

I like the fact that certain rares come back, like the seasonal's: Frost Weapons, and Celtic Cleaver <3 etc etc because although they only come into game once a year the visual style is usually more attractive than permanent weapons and thus more people will want to buy them and feel good about doing so.

The credit price should go up. And I think that there should be a SLIGHT :P stat increase.
