Eh, this suggestion was talked about before, sometime in Gamma or so... Stopping the tidal wave of strength abusers with a simple edit to ALL weapons: removing 4-7 base power from them would nerf buiIds that rely on damage from raw stats instead of utilizing skills to their advantage. Besides that, it ties in nicely with the recent nerf to HP as well.

I partially agree here, weapon Damage and armour defence is screwy.
