Its such a crippling skill. Used on the first or second turn it wrecks most strategies.

I actually don't think so. This core is a nerfed version of the pyro fly's special at best. If it was too good as you said it is then you would be able to choose which move you wanted to shut down for a turn.

I am willing to bet if this core was like this then strength merc's would have issues as well as other stat abusers but this core like the pyro fly is luck based and random.

It's not really crippling as already stated by Mother1 because it isn't guaranteed to put the skill that you'd like on cool down.

Honestly I'm looking forward to new cores because I barely use those I bought and regret spending on a couple of them.

I suppose it because it shuts my heal down. It is my highest skill after all at level 6. And it can't exactly target passives.[&:] Its just that deals so much damage.
