I believe everyone have experienced at least once from this:

Ally leaving battle before doing anything!!!

It doesn't matters if the run-away ally got Disconnected or left due to any reason, it ruins the whole battle mode.

I suggest an NPC replacing the player who ran away, with a "Standard Build".

What I mean by a Standard Build is a build with skills that most NPCs have.

Basically the NPC uses a Sword.

It has the following skills:

Blood Lust

Reroute

Double Blade

Berserker

Blugeon

Field Medic

Energy Shield

Defense Matrix

Its stats:
Health:Calculation
Energy: 70
Primary: 50 (physical)
Sidearm: 50 (energy)
Auxiliary: 50 (physical)
Defense: 30
Resistance: 30
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Calculation: Your partner has A health at first. Before he/she left, she has B health remaining. The amount of damage taken would be A-B, in this situation, setting the number as C.

The health the NPC has would be 100-C.

OR

Simply the health and energy your partner has.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Idk if it sounds too Oped, so that's what comments are for.

Idk what items it should use, so that's what comments are for.

HEALTH AND ENERGY !!! SHUlD BE THE SAME TO THE PLAYER AS HE LEFT NOT FULL e.g. someone has 1 hp and because he likes his teammate he leaves BOOM 100 hp 70 Mana player back in game.
also it would be hard to programm the npc.

Yep, might be a problem, although I doubt it'll happen oftenly......

@ theholyfighter

Please we have people cheat for factions and their friends factions. They wouldn't have any problem taking a loss so they can have a clear shot of winning if it means that. I have seen it done before.

But he didnt say when the quitting ally was down to one hit point. He said when the ally leaves before doing anything.

I dunno, I can see this may being a problem if the Juggernaut goes first, attacks someone, then they leave lol ! But if this happened before the juggernaut's first turn I could somewhat see this happening, but this it'll be too difficult to determine. You go first, Juggernaut goes 2nd, hits your partner, then he/she leaves.

Fortitudo -> RE: 2vs2 Juggernaut (2/14/2013 16:38:10)

Why can't the AI just duplicate and play as the player who left? It will not be optimal, but it'd be something.

@ valkyrie

I can see this making jug mode unfair as well for the jugs. Especially if a person who knows they don't stand a chance runs and a NPC that would be stronger but at the same level takes it place. Or even if that person is about to die, and they leave and a NPC come at full health.
