Exploding Penguin -> Making Omega Override Affect Stat Mods (2/14/2013 20:54:51)

I noticed that Omega Override doesn't affect stat mods. I think that it's vital that it should be buffed so that it can work against stat-abuse builds which are (in public opinion) "Overpowered."

Example:

Omega Override right now:

Opponent's base strength is 100+30. Omega Override will reduce it by 20 strength points (100 * .2 = 20).

IF it worked with stat modifiers, then this would be what would happen:

Opponent's strength is 100+30. Omega Override will reduce it by 26 ((100+30) * .2 = 26).

Of course, this would mean that the highest stat which Omega Override reduces will also be calculated based off of total stats after stat mods are considered, rather than just from base stats.

Supported, Its should also include the stat mods I agree.

It should also nerf the stat with the highest overall amount of points. The mercs who invest one more point in dex than strength annoys me to no end.
