SylvanElf -> Gamma Bot Relevency (2/15/2013 17:26:30)

Well with 3rd tier Yeti having 15 base damage, Gamma Bot is officially banked. Sighs.
Any ideas for how to bring Gamma Bot back into relevancy?

Rayman -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/15/2013 17:28:30)

Gamma still have the way to do the 2 differents types of DMG. (But it can be nice if they boost gamma bot dmg to 15 :3)

Calogero -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/15/2013 17:33:02)

They can't buff it forever...

Hatsuka -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/15/2013 17:36:53)

Well, The gamma bot Damage is used for the Normal damage and the Ability which in yeti the ability just dealt 60% damage. If I say so, Nothing is wrong with that .

Lycus -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/15/2013 18:00:26)

I still use the Gamma bot, I prefer the ability to use both types of damage!

Mother1 -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 1:56:57)

The gamma bot had to be outclassed sometime and the omega yeti's have done that.

HydroMonk -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 4:29:45)

Yeah .. I use Gamma robot .
In Gamma phase it was : (Focus Level x 7)
So bring it back !

Snaipera -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 16:50:47)

Yep , make the physical attack deflectable ,not blockable .That way the bot has 2 unblockable attacks ,yet they're both deflectable :)

Blitzex/Sr. Zeph -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 17:27:12)

Gamma bot is still better then the Omegas if you ask me.
Like lycus said, i prefer both types of dmg but i wasnt there in gamma so i have to do it with ma yetis since IA is weak compared to the omegas.

TRizZzCENTRINO -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 17:29:26)

@snalpera no..just no

Teufel Hunden -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 18:14:59)

@Snaipera

Your suggestion makes no sense really. How can you deflect a punch? I do not understand why you would even want 2 attacks that are able to be deflected when you already have a gun and aux which have the ability to be deflected

Giras Wolfe -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 21:34:35)

The yeti's primary attack is blockable and only one damage type.

NDB -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 23:01:15)

Easy. Make the Gamma special like a Thorn Assault or Jack-O-Fire. Just have it deal like 3-4 more damage.

Btw, does the Omega special really do extra damage as well? Because if it does, there is no way to help Gamma anymore...

xxmirxx -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 23:18:51)

u do know yeti bot does suk i rather use gamma both then yeti bot.

f4tal1tY -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/16/2013 23:41:56)

@dabomb Actually, irl, you can deflect a punch easily, just by hitting it from the sides away from you. (side note :P) however, that is a pretty bad suggestion.... just leave gamma bot as it is. Is it only me and mother1 that understand that bots will have to be outclassed by newer technology, just let them be!

NDB -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 0:03:19)

Yeah Gamma Bot is fine. I just still think that the Omega Yetis are a bit OP.

f4tal1tY -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 0:15:15)

@above, not really how? :P I don't really find it OP, and tbh, I don't even find its special TOO annoying... unless youre a BM/TM, where your deadly aim turns to crap haha.

Made 4 Sunny Days -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 1:28:59)

As other's above me have stated, it can't just keep getting buffed everytime a new bot comes out. New phase, new, more powerful bot. I don't really see any problem with that, especially since regardless of the yeti's, gamma bot is still super powerful.

It'd be pretty dumb if gamma bot just continued to outclass other bots right?

NDB -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 3:46:27)

I don't get it. All bots are supposed to be equal, just like any other weapon. I thought that was the whole point of Omega-making everything the same. And there was also a reason they had a huge bot rebalancing a while back after Infernal Android came out.

STRUT MY MUTT -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 10:19:16)

The gamma bot is still very relevant as it is.

But then again, I'm one of those who said weapons like Bionic blade, Azreals curse, and Delta sword were still very relevant at the end of Delta when everyone said theyre outdated and worthless.

Demon Emperor -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 15:22:40)

I'm really not saying anything new here... I'd just like to reinforce the opinion that the Gamma bot is fine. You just can't keep buffing old stuff, eventually something new is going to be better. Out with the old, in with the new.

Besides, the gamma bot is one of two bots with both energy and physical attacks, and it has better dmg than the android (and gamma looks cooler anyways Imo.)

NDB -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 16:49:50)

Gamma bot is fine. Yes, I know this. But then why should the new bots be better? They should be equal. Isn't that what ED is trying to head for? Balance? To not have one thing clearly better than the others?

Mother1 -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 17:25:23)

Lol I have to ask why must the gamma bot get buffed to be the best bot now that something once again has outclassed it? When the infernal android came people whinned that the infernal android outclassed it, and now it is the same thing again with the omega yetis.

Something will eventually come to out class them as well so nothing stay at the top for ever.

NDB -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 17:30:05)

No one is listening. Gamma shouldn't be buffed. However, all the bots should still be equal. How hard is that to understand?

Besides. Of all the people who posted, who actually has an Omega Yeti? If you don't, you shouldn't be saying which one is actually better.

Mother1 -> RE: Gamma Bot Relevency (2/17/2013 17:47:06)

@ NDB

The Omega yeti's unlike the others bots are evolved bots. Besides how is it fair that a bot made purely for offense be equal to a bot that made for effect?
