tech mages are super overpowered with the caster mage build. mainly cause plasma bolt its super overpowered i hope they nerf them

Bringing up a point is one thing but in what way should they nerf it? This would help since Devs can halve the damage by 50% so it's nerfed but would that be too far? Yes. Try to suggest how it can be fixed, that's what constructive feedback is about. Saying that ___ needs to be nerfed doesn't help.

i pointed this out before its not just strengh and strengh skills that are OP . its alot of the skills as of omega their doing far too much damage . strengh builds/skills tend to be the worst . but i had noticed before too with the casters. also support builds seem abit powerful.

we may have a while to wait for things to be fixed though . strengh builds have been fixed twice since omega and are still broken .

@trans i would suggest taking bolts Energy cost up too be on par with its bunker and it other counterparts. also decreasing the base damage on it 50% is a lil xtreme but lets not have a repeat of the lol nerf to beserker DS and mass again. like seriously

The 50% was an example of a nerf that is an overkill, hence why constructive feedback is more helpful. My idea of nerfing it is to bring cost back to 33 EP (from 29) and give same progression as Fireball which is 1 damage per 5 Strength, so for Plasma Bolt it'd be 1 damage per 5 Technology. That'd be pretty much a drop of about 7-8 damage for most players & higher EP cost.

So why are you posting if they don't listen? Lower % on Strength-based skills in the patch was due to our feedback. Many fixes in Delta were due to players' feedback. They do listen but they cannot overshoot the nerfs since it may have even worse impact on the gameplay.

*looks at class* im almost positive you want it nerfed because it can counter your strength build as a mercenary. i love fighting caster builds because u cant just float by wit hits, you have to plan accordingly. and try to guess what they will do next. If they are good and you are a smart player then it should be a fun match but if they arent then you should win. Im not saying you will win all the time or anything im just saying be smart wit your attacks and hint-hint when they have caster build, they have low dex. use that to your advantage if you can.

Tech Mages OP? Finally every class is OP -_-

Every class has its own specialty, and every class has something to defend itself against the others. Instead of trying to nerf builds, why don't you make one that can help you be prepared for any situation?

Actually, casters without energy are nothing, just spam energy drainers if you can. I see you are using Merc, high atom smasher and they are doomed. But i agree Plasma bolt do a lot of damage

Just use your energy drainers and boost your resistance, which all but mercenaries have.


Maybe have Plasma Bolt go back up to 4 tech per damage point and 33 EP would be nice to see.
