Because why the heck not.
Now that stat bonuses have been lowered A LOT, then it would make a lot more sense to have the old beta scaling.

This may seem true but now that weapons do not have sat requirements its actually easier to make builds with 100+ of one stat

No, it favored strength builds and would make focus obsolete.

Omega basicly made any focus builds useless but i do like the not having a lvl restriction on the weapons.

Currently,

Most types of builds have a reasonable chance.

I personally think focus builds are fine, The don't dominate which is good, they shouldn't dominate like they did in delta,



Spam builds would be most advantaged by this and as well all know they currently are causing many balance issues.
