Well, the name choices here I'm seeing might use a little improvement.
It's a good idea, but it should be at the bottom of the developers' list. We have more important stuff.

no one said it should be the first thing the devs implement. obviously balance comes first

Actually, coming from someone with programming experience, this should take less than 20 minutes to implement once the names are decided upon. Its as simple as if (male) -> male list; if (female) -> female list.
