That is an interesting thought you have there: swapping the roles of the 2. It would be as balanced as it is now, but not any better surely. Because, imagine Striking with a Commander buff attached. The difference between this and our Smokescreen or Malfunction is no change in accuracy (which is not needed), and unbiased damage boosts (Primary and Sidearm damages increase regardless of their damage-type). So I would support removing Strike from nerfers, but not adding Strike to buffers. Just because it caters to Primary damage alone and that in turn is closest in relation to heavy rage rates.
