Hey bobby145.
First, there used to be such a feature like that. It was removed, as we don't want to encourage players to leave during battle. Plus if players leave enough battles in a short amount of time, they will be suspended from battles for awhile due to running too much. However, it still exist when you player either 2v2 or Juggernaut. If you lose all your HP first before your partner, you can choose the option to exit the battle early, but get no rewards at all.
Second, you may want to post all future suggestions regarding to ED in-game in EpicDuel Suggestions instead of Forum Suggestions. Forum Suggestions is a board where you can suggest ideas for the forums itself. :)
