There are several outdated stickies in that forum that could do with either updates or removals.

The new formulae for EXP and Gold as located in Kaelin's Master List of Game Formulae are:

AQ Daily Exp Cap = (1.055^PL + 8 + 1.055^(PL^1.085)) * 600
AQ Daily Gold Cap = (1.055^PL + 8 + 1.055^(PL^1.085)) * 200

AQ X-Guardian Daily Exp Cap = (1.055^PL + 8 + 1.055^(PL^1.085)) * 660
AQ X-Guardian Daily Gold Cap = (1.055^PL + 8 + 1.055^(PL^1.085)) * 220

WF Daily Exp Cap = (1.055^PL + 8 + 1.055^(PL^1.085)) * 1200
WF Daily Gold Cap = (1.055^PL + 8 + 1.055^(PL^1.085)) * 400

The Sweep-related threads have presumably been archived and thus unavailable. Given that all Sweep-related discussion has been suspended, that's probably what happened.
