I don't think it's fair this game no more cause people are abusing again an making it less fun with Thier builds the ED team should make it once u pass 65 u need 9 stat points to make your tech,support,dex,or strength cause I been playing this game since alpha an I never liked gamma an delta cause people would stat abuse an now Thier doin it again

This has been true of strength BHs since pretty much the beginning of ED, and they are literally no fun at all to fight against. You base your wins off of shadow arts luck in many cases, and I find it hardly enjoyable and/or fair to gamble my win on a passive which typically favors the opponent's build greatly (not necessarily OP because they're easily defeated given many situations). Strength merc is in no essence OP, it's just fast. Its strongest kill move, which is arguably stronger than surgical strike, can be fully negated by a single block. I dislike this greatly because a level 35 can lose to a 31 if zerker gets blocked, and the entire fight is gambled on a single move which is totally ruined by shadow arts and smoke given the opponent has some decently strong luck. I think the only stat abuse build I dislike is strength just because it's so straightforward; tech, dex, and support abuse require a lot more creativity in build composition.

Rabblefroth is looking at stat progressions, I'm pretty sure dexterity and technology will scale the same after the next update!

Currently looking at strength progressions and it is possible that a revised progression will be in the next update. Just trialling different values and increment points at the moment to see what would help with strength builds!

Thank GOD you will finally make stata progression lower for str because it is about time.
Think about it this way...
Max armor (protection v damage) 10armor vs primary 35
25 damage.
Lets say str build abuses str. He ends up getting 20-25+35 damage BUT there are 2 types of damage SO 50-55 in energy damage or phyisical damage so IT NEEDS A CHANGE.

I think there's too much focus on strength honestly, I don't think the OP situation is going away ANY time soon. As soon as strength loses the OP power it has, everyone is going to go back to 5 focus which is equally annoying.

The power I see currently is the base damage for our weapons is too high, for example because our weapons are + 35 damage that automatically makes a move like mass do 70 damage with +100% damage and it just stacks on with basic strength, the problem isn't basic strength I think its weapon strength.
