A cyber hunter with no shadow arts blocked every single strike that is 100% block while non Hunter classes don't even block 25% of the time.

Use unblockables. Besides 100% block chance is impossible, check Wiki to confirm this since maximum isn't even 50% and you claim it's 100%. It may be 100% if enemy blocks 2 outta 2 blockable attacks that you attempted in the battle BUT that doesn't mean total is 100%. It could be high on each attack and blocking double or even triple attack is fine, hence why there are unblockables to minimise that. Not even a balance issue.

As a tech mage, I can safely say that I am seeing nothing wrong with my block rate sooo....

The only thing I have to say about this is that they need to lower the base block chance.

yes, the base block chance needs to be nerfed since the ninja bleeeeeeeeeeeeep reflexes core came out. i got one single hit on a bh the last hour, and i have 96 dex: 28-34 defense.

Thats not a 100% block rate, just a very unlucky battle. There's no reason a cyber hunter with no shadow arts would have a better block chance than any non-hunter class.
