If you're changing characters in a place where you can get random encounters, that can happen. Leads me to suspect random encounters are on a time-based thing, like 2% chance to get thrown into one per second or something, rather than walking around.

It kinda looks like the skirt layer is misplaced, and also mis-layered. Makes for some rather interesting screenshots though!
Maybe you should report that to the Bugs Forum.

And while they were at it, make Cupidtheus have hover animations. Him just sitting there in midair is kind of freaky.

Water Elemental is one of the ??? Characters. We don't know the other, but the most likely culprits are Big D and Super Special Secret Orc. If we're really lucky, it's Young 2013. But we're never that lucky.

Someone suggested the "surprises" from earlier could be new character cards or evolutions of characters we already have. Idk if anyone's debunked this rumor yet.

Can anyone confirm Orcs besides Warrior were actually put in-game? I have seriously found nothing but Orc Warriors for the past 30 minutes.

On a side note, Water Elemental, Orc Warrior and Loveweaver are all great characters.

Well, it is not a Skexis evo. But seriously, has ANYONE seen other Orcs? I have seen none save Warrior. But I have seen an awful lot of Warrior.

Nope, no luck here either. I've also only seen Warrior. Maybe they're in a different fort, and the ones we see in the background are just cardboard cutouts.

I doubt it, since the re-skin was specifically mentioned separately.

EDIT:
by the way, people playing with Water Elemental (or water characters in general), have you guys ever done Refresh+Shield+Shield and have it cast 3+ HP heal twice?

I don't think she's in the wild, since she was offered in the shop for both Gold and SG, and the last one to do that was Minotaur, who was also only buy-able.
Also, there is no pink castle fabulous enough to house the Love Weaver in Oversoul yet.
