Increase warm up of:
massacre
super charge
surgical strike
I think if their warm up is increased from 3 to 4 moves that will solve the purpose of massacre nerf as well as the super charge builds.
In this case you will not have to nerf their dmg.
This what i suggest any further ideas for this would be appreciated.

Are you kidding me? With all due respect massacre has already been lowered and most BH's and especially CH's are about to die on the 3rd turn anyway.
