Due to no Energy boosters, EMP and Atom Smasher takes too much energy, the Generator skill core needs a couple of things since it has a warmup already.
Make it a more than one use skill core, since it takes a turn to use and does no damage.
Make it either restore full energy with max resistance or
Make it where it restores the same amount of energy that is stolen because 25 points regain compared to 27+ points stolen is not balance.
This high energy draining skills have flourished far too long and they not only become abusive, especially the EMP, but the players make it a necessity to win the battle destroying any energy usage build. It is bad enough to get any power from Plasma Rain to have high dex or power from any skill but Bludgeon to have high stats but to get all your energy stolen by two EMPs because you have to what for rage to get some sort of damage.
