ThePriest -> Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 13:00:48)

We are very harsh on judging epicduel when they do something wrong.
Therefore, I thought that we could make a thread.
Where we simply write them things we think are good with epicduel.
Regulatory updates etc..
So those who make the game and help epicduel etc..
Can go in and read a thread with only good things.
It hardly can be fun for them to read only bad things everywhere.
So this thread only good things not bad!

So when they find it hard or tough with them doing.
Can they go in here and read good things. Then start working again :)

I can start with some things that I like :)
Will fill in now and then.

1, I really like the concept of the tournament in epicduel.

2, I also like the core system that you have introduced.

3, I also like when I meet staff in 1vs1 or 2vs2.
Always fun when you see you online :)

4, But one thing that I really love. Is reading on twitter.
First thing I do before I log is actually checking twitter.

So thank you all in epicduel!

Shouldn't ED Team be in favour of constructive criticism instead? That means including the positives and negatives + how you would personally improve them. Being positive is nice but negative is also welcome as well as constructive (so it can be changed thus no longer negative).

Stabilis -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 13:48:46)

As said by Trans already, we need both the information on the positive and negative details. To develop EpicDuel further, we need to learn what is helping this game so that we can encourage those things... but we also need that which hinders our player's enjoyment of EpicDuel; to erase sources of boredom or gloom, so that the players would have felt entertained to have been playing EpicDuel.

A 1-sided reform can only get us halfway, and will only discriminate unjustly against those who bring up the negative outlooks to the discussion.

ThePriest -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 14:02:39)

The thread purpose is not to discuss what and why players think some things are good.
The wire is intended to be filled with postiv reading.
Furthermore, how would like to discuss about various updates good and bad things and so on. If you take in other threads.
This is to fill those working with epicduel with postiv energy.
For each thing that comes to epicduel there are those who like and dislike it.
This will do as examples Titan can after a hard day at work.
When everything has not gone as planned.
And he is such thinking maybe you should stop everything you do is just wrong and so on.
Then he goes in and read here and become happy again.

And if you still do not understand the purpose of the thread.
Get off and write, then you still have a lot and learn about postiv feedback.
Do not mean to sound harsh but believe me it on epicduel need a 100% postiv thread.

Please only use your sig once per page. ~Mecha

Work is never done, online games need updating weekly (in AE's case) and they can be improved almost indefinitely. No negative feedback gives them indication that everything is fine and that's bad. Some of the Devs said it themselves, both types are welcome as long as they are constructive. Positive energy doesn't improve the game. Devs WANT negative feedback as well, as long as it's constructive.

Retrosaur -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 14:22:26)

@ThePriest
This thread is completely useless. Having a 100% positive means nothing. That means the developers cannot improve the game, because everything is so "great", or at least what you think.

Having negative feedback allows the developers to find out what's wrong. Okay yes, you want to flatter them, great. But not here, this is for constructive crticism.

Oba -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 14:30:48)

Hmm... ummm... maybe? Nah.. Aha I know!... Nvm... Ah crap, I cant find a single positive part of this game [:'(]

Lord Loss... -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 14:40:42)

Ok positive things. Uhm, They don't update much content so we don't have to suffer through mixed up and unrelated and badly written storyline elements. I really like that the devs can find a way around their own rules to change the game as they please. I absolutely adore the fact that you can get 4 of your friends and mute every player you meet in game. I love how with each update old features become useless and turn out to be a waste of varium. It's all good in ED

Variation -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 14:47:07)

Positive thing - Oba plays ED

Mondez -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 14:54:13)

It was an okay game back during Delta, but the stuff that is happening now is making sorta shift between quitting or play monthly and pretty much it's been monthly or whenever I feel like it. Don't get me wrong, the game is fun and challenging though it makes me wonder how I even put up with the immaturity with some of the players.

Oba -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 14:54:16)

@Variation

Oh you

Stabilis -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 15:44:04)

Is HIV positive?

Enough of the jokes (from me), some things that I fondle I mean am fond of (come on they sound so similar) are:

•turn-based strategy is the aim of the game's name

•high potential for adding new options into play (more skill cores)

•balance between pay and play, increasing the difficulty of the game

J.U.S.T.I.C.E. -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 15:45:34)

The logging in screen is cool....

Banir -> RE: Positive Things About Epicduel. (2/27/2013 16:37:53)

I agree with Trans. Mindlessly saying what you like is probably not gonna contribute much. Saying I like, for instance, the 2v2 system gets nothing across to the developers. And it would be inaccurate too, because, although I like 2v2, it's terrible broken.
