King FrostLich -> Unmentioned Features v2 (2/27/2013 20:55:57)

Here are things I've found out not mentioned since Omega updates.

1.) Chomp deals 75% damage of a baby yeti/dark yeti's total damage and deals 100% damage when evolved to warrior or omega yetis
2.) Blood Commander seems to be buffed/bugged and recovers more health than bloodlust when maxed.(needs more testing as I dealt 50 damage and recovered 11 health while in another match, I dealt 57 damage and recovered 17 health)
3.) Killing your opponent with chairman's fury does not do the knockback animation.
4.) Massive strike only ignores 50% of your defenses, the same as a normal critical hit without the infernal interdictor(observed and tested by me)
5.) When using your bot's special move that attacks players, the animation of doing it is the same as using your robot's "strike" instead of raising your hand like using field medic. The only bot that does the latter animation is the assault bot only when you use its special.

@ king frost

Pyro fly's laser is deflectable you missed that one. I found it out when I used the bot and the laser was deflected.

Needs photo so I can see if it's true.

I think blood commander got changed from having a set % per level to having the percent based off of the strength point buff. Before it was that no matter how much strength it buffed, blood commander at level 1 always gave the same lifesteal. Now, if you have a support build and a strength (non support) build both use level 1 blood commander, the support build's one will give a much stronger lifesteal. I noticed that my lifesteal with 53 strength boost is just 3-5%ish below that of max blood lust.

It was explained by a mod when I posted this bug that the staff made the laser deflectable a buff this bot should have gotten when they were doing the bot balances.

Goony -> RE: Unmentioned Features v2 (2/28/2013 8:00:53)

Blood Commander is working fine, it got changed some time ago. I was unaware of the change until we were testing returns for Omega.

The lifesteal component is 20% of the applied strength buff now, previously it was a set rate and was not improved by support only by level trained!

King FrostLich -> RE: Unmentioned Features v2 (2/28/2013 19:11:32)

After continuous testing, I've found out that blood commander is actually based on the amount of strength given that strengthens the % of health recovered. I was given blood commander by someone (+53 str) and when I hit him, I recovered 13 health after using a 40 damage strike, when it got nerfed by azrael's will next turn, I did another 40 damage only to recover 4 health instead.

ReinVI -> RE: Unmentioned Features v2 (2/28/2013 19:31:23)

@frost goony explained it in the post before you >.>

King FrostLich -> RE: Unmentioned Features v2 (2/28/2013 19:37:25)

The lifesteal isn't really 20%. I doubt that it isn't 20%. Take a look at my example,(despite no photo, hoping to show one if I can) with 53 strength, 20% of that is only 10.6 or 11 if rounded off. If I apply bloodlust's max formula which is 23%, dealing 40 damage only recovers 10 health so either way(rounded off) the formula isn't accurate.

Exploding Penguin -> RE: Unmentioned Features v2 (2/28/2013 22:26:08)

20% of the applied strength buff, meaning that if you got buffed for 100 strength, the lifesteal would be 20%. I found this slightly inaccurate as I used a 53 blood commander on myself and was no doubt healing more than 20% per attack.

Mecha Mario -> RE: Unmentioned Features v2 (2/28/2013 23:13:52)

Formula for it is 40% back from the bonus strength given from Blood Commander.

Example: Lets say Blood Commander gives a 50 Strength bonus from it. The formula for it would as follow: 50 X 40% = 20. Now change the number you got into a percent (20% in this case). With this number, this means that with all the damage you inflict, 20% of the damage you inflict would also be added to your HP. If the number you get is a decimal, simply round up.

Edit: 1.) The normal yeti's chomp has always dealt less damage. In the description for the Omega Yeti's chomp, it mentions it deals extra damage.
2.) Look above regarding BC.
3.) Sounds like a bug, and should have been reported in the ED Bugs section.
4.) That shouldn't be happening. If you believe thats the case, report it to ED Bugs. Showing proof would help out as well.
5.) Could be a bug, which again should have been reported in the ED Bugs section.
