Hi, I'm a new AK of EC. I started out as an AK of AQ Encyclopedia and once I got the hang of posting entries, one question boggled my sleepy mind: How do those numbers I post into the Pedia translate into in-game damage? Hence my start of wandering the EC looking for answers. After a lot of help from Bassetbookworm, Watashig, and others of EC, I learned what those numbers mean, how to spreadsheet, and, well the rest is history. So enough about me, question time? Few rules: 1. Universal Forum Rules applies. 2. Only 15 questions per post please. 3. Only post once per page. 4. If a question is too personal/inappropriate, I will answer it with a silly answer or ignore it. 5. I'll probably leave this up for two weeks, ending around March 13th. I'll be answering in This ~~awesome~~ color.

So it's YOUR fault I have this collar also along with two sets of shackles D:< How is your glorious leader? MAGNIFICENT, GLORIOUS, and FABULOUS (Your timezone is PST, right?) Yep! Ah, one of these! I'll go with my usual questions (Though I haven't asked them in about 6 years) Favorite Color? Blue! Favorite video game (outside of AE)? Oh dear, I have a long list ._. My favorite game currently is Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines. Love that game. In fact, now that I mentioned it I want to go play it again >.> If you could be any animal what would you be? Either a Sloth (Heh) or some type of bird. Favorite Muppet? Kermit the frog Lastly, I'm considering running another one of these myself. I did one once, 7 years ago, so a lot has changed. I have some very, very serious questions for you... (because no questions from me would be complete without a random dog question...) :o 1. Would you rather have a forty pound fully grown beagle or a 30 pound Great Dane puppy? A beagle since a great dane = big dog = needs a lot of room I don't have Now for the not so serious question... :D 2. Do you have any advice for people who are thinking about learning to compare items? What's a good place to start? For a quick comparison, I recommend spreadsheets like Watashig or Duskstar. Fast and easy to use. If you want to learn the in/outs of comparisons, I recommend a visit to a manual comparison guide, use spreadsheets to test your numbers, use the =AK= Asking for help with understanding equipment or stats thread, and chat with us on #strategy at IRC ~~(We have cookies!)~~. I think I might have reversed the seriousness of those questions... Considering this is Equipment Comparison... But the dog question was very srs >.> Anyway, have fun! Okay :D

I've only tried two: Dex Hybrid and ...keep forgetting what's it called, beast warrior? Between the two, I like Dex Hybrid more. Durable [for those times I want to drag a fight as long as I can so I can gather Pedia data], can use all equipment except pets/guests (which is what my beast warrior is for), and reliable. Doesn't pack as much of a punch as the pure builds, but he gets the job done. Do you have a favorite item you like to rate? Not really. I do have preferences for what type of comparisons I like: Anything without Awe Weapons (They are completely nasty to do manual comparisons for since a lot of it depends on the monster you're using it on.) and status conditions (I'm still rather shaky on this so I'd rather someone more experienced do those). What's you favorite item in the entire game, rare and non rare? Only one? So cruel. ;-; Hmm, I would say Straightjacket Z currently. I love the armor's looks, animation, and stats. I was very torn when I had the original lvl 130Z since other stuff outclassed it in everything and was completely ecstatic when it was upgraded to lvl143Z. Ep-pig vs Ubear. Who would win? [&:] Ep-pig because it's swept and of higher lvl :P

Since I mentioned Straightjacket Z above, i'll go with another one XD Anthracite Coal Armor <- Outdated, but it looks awesome, both forms. I remember using it a lot when I had it. I even still have the anthrasword to complete the set. 8. Are you going to enslave every other AK so you can run the game as its leader? Of course not. the AK Overlords would not approve of this >.> 9. Will you have your own NPC? Doesn't matter, I got cookies and fluffeh shackles. :3 10. Favourite artist (musically speaking)? randomly picks a person from my fav list Lindsey Stirling woot! \o/ 11. Would you recommend any books that you've read? Pride and Prejudice, Twelfth Night, Life and Death in Shanghai, Amy Tan's Books, Stephen King's works. 12. Do you watch football (people from USA call it soccer, which is totally not cool... sigh)?
