For me it would be winx club.

There intro starts like this ''We are the winx, We are the winx, come and join the club we are the winx''.

Winx club is sci fi such as ED. Many common things.

Does the game remind you of any tv series?

@guardian Haha nice reference.

Anyway, this game reminds me of Star Wars. With the Legion = Empire and Exile = Rebellion not to mention they're in a futuristic world as well with laser swords and high-tech weapons. Not to mention aliens, space pirates, mercenaries, and inter-galactic tyrants. And the leader of the Legion/Empire looks like some kind of Half-Human Half-Machine Cyborg (Baelius) AKA Darth Vader.
