Mother1 -> RE: Cybers/Bountys (3/5/2013 13:36:03) Not really since Shadow arts isn't a grantee block and only helps block chance. Plus you can't heal loop if you don't have energy right? remove their energy and they won't be able to heal loop since they won't have the mana to heal.
