What about they just take "Artillery Strike" off the [Improves with support list]. And stick it on another one. Not on something like Strength which would make the abuse of strength users! How about something like dex-tech and the max amount of stat points you put on your dex-tech that would be effective on the "Artillery Strike" would be around 55-60.
If your not completely sure what i'm saying then let's see. Let's say you have 70 Dex or Tech and you have a artillery strike then that means only that 55-60 dex or tech will actually help the artillery strike BUT you can still have that extra dex-tech for defenses!

I would say leave it where it is. Making it improve with dex would be pointless sense merc has no skills that improve with dex so this would be a nerf. Making it improve with tech would overpower them sense they would have bunker blaster, artillery strike and surgical strike improving with tech.

Then other Multis will also need one. I believe one of them had requirement which was unfair towards the others. Certain skills must be equal for all classes, Multi is one of them.
