It should do less damage than other multi's due it being scaled by an offensive stat.

Then so should Multi Shot and Plasma Rain; due to being scaled by a defensive stat that gives you defence (derp) instead. Offence counters defence, and vice versa.

Btw really ansho? Mercs were nerfed like 10 times in omega and u want nerf them more?

disagree, sup is not an offensive status, but the builds now used with high sup yes let the scary injury

Don't nerf one skill anymore just buff the other multis and other skills and revisit how they scale.

Its bad enough to have good dex and tech you have to basically pour all your points in those two stats leaving you with powerless weapons and if your a Blood Mage without energy regain you just have one use skills.

Nooooo. If you make damage too high, HP will end up getting weaker and weaker due to the scaling and not being able to keep up. >.>

Number of times that you can use a skill does not relate to its power, at all. CHs barely have one (SC but it's not a big EP regen) and Mercs don't either (not even BL unlike BMs) and yet, they are doing fine. Having AS is not excuse to doing fine, you have BL that you decided to keep at Lvl 1 and cripple yourself. Your Multi can get HP back, their's cannot. All BMs are doing fine, how come you cannot win? Sometime ago, you've said that Mercs do crap builds on purpose to get a buff. Aren't you doing the same to "cheat" the Balance Tracker? Or so you've said.

I think that Artillery should get a str requirement of 40 str or tech. Also make zerker also have the same tech requirement and put hybrid back to the dex requirement. This change should balence things out a bit.
