The only one perma rare is Rev Egg and in the future, BD and VR. The rest are seasonal so they'll return...Actually I hear some say Bill is actually still at the Nomad stone just with a very low spawn %.

Yes, Nulgath said he hated rares...so I find it funny he makes them, lol. He will make another "variation" of characters that go rare so everyone can get a chance of owning that character. Like he said VK and Skexis might get another variation which will be available for everyone in the future. It won't be the same as the Alpha/Stress gift but it will be somewhat similar just with another color or something like that I guess.

I only have 10 SG's so kinda hard choice, I already have Taurus but I want something original.

Well then, I suggest saving up for future characters you like and also try to get Thrak, he is a powerful F2P Neutral character. Trust me on this [;)]

I hope OS gets a referral system, in which you get a reward for every 3 people you refer :P
Ex.: Referral Fiend (As a char), Gold, A small amount of SG's (1 time only)

Also he is going to have TWO legendaries. One SG and one free. We have to wait and see.
EDIT: Not grimlord. Just searched up and it's dreadfiend.
