Hi all, i've been off the forums for a few weeks, but here I'm back with a new suggestion. A few weeks ago I made a faction called ED Forum Team. And well, as you might think, this faction is meant for people of the forums. The main Reason for this, is to keep ED safe. All the members in this faction would investigate a situation where there are scammers/cheaters/hackers/people shouting bad language. All of the members would collaborate and come together near the cheater. We wouldn't shout that we are going to report them, but watch what they say and stuff. Our members can then make screenshots of the bad language or so and report the cheater when needed. We might also have a colouring code, so people could recognize us, but maybe they would escape faster. What do you guys think? And yes, you can join us and find us at world 7 at oz(epic server).

That is the jobs of mods, devs, and sometimes testers if they witness it. I do not believe you should get color coded names, i do not believe you should be treated super special for doing what other people do for the safety of the game, nothing more -- nothing less. Also, the mods, devs, and forum players investigate anyways hence the reason people pm the lawman with evidence against others. you should do this just to keep game safe and not wish to be anything more unless you apply for modship/tester otherwise do what i and many others have done and report to lawman and attach evidence and it wont go unseen by those who have the job to investigate. As much as we appreciate your willingness to help the community, this is not a viable suggestion. Coloured names are reserved for staff members who CAN deal with your issues. Having player go up to someone who has a colored name and assume they can resolve their issues is completely confusing on the part of the player asking. That being said, you still have resources on you to help contribute to the community, as you said, taking screenshots and reporting them. Wrapping this up, locked.
