That should be some sort of special event release for OS. All starters get a legendary in one big release for an anniversary or something.

If the starters do obtain legendaries, it probably won't be for a while. I like to think that Nulgath is purposely holding them off in order to bring them in when the game is more evolved. If they were added to early then they would be out matched early too.

I think starters will have the only non sg legendaries in the game. And if it does happen to cost sgs, I'll be disappointed.
