Ok, I know Static Charge is a seriously active topic right now, but that's because we're going one by one on moves that need to fixed so let's just make sure we let the devs know they're doing a good job :)

From what I posted in Trans thread, this is probably the best idea I accidentally thought of.
What if we literally made SC scale by level?

Yes, I have considered about lower levels so there should be a minimum energy regen for static. (3 sounds best)



Edit: For anyone interested in Supp CHs, this idea will greatly benefit you because you wont have worry about low energy regen again

Ah, so you considered base EP regen. But surely they'd always regain base EP (using your %s) until they are higher level, am I right? Max they'd regen at Lvl 10 SC and player being Level 10 would be 4 EP and if you were to put in the base, it'd have to regen less than it does at higher level (without the base) -> Level 30 player would get 12 EP back with Lvl 10 SC whilst Level 10 player with Lvl 10 SC would get 4 EP back -> what would the base EP regained be? 4 EP and having to invest 10 skill points is as good as useless.

Unless you mean current SC working on Strike. Then do ignore the above. XD

If with Strike, it could be an interesting idea but would it get EP back regardless if you connect the attack or would you still have to hit? And wouldn't 14 EP back with Strike be.. too much? Even if you gave 3 turn cooldown, it's quite a bit. (I'm aware %s aren't final but it has to work for lower levels and higher levels alike which makes it complicated to balance out)

Level*Static Charge= energy regen

It's simple and maybe...

Lvl 1: 15% of your lvl
...
Lvl 10: 30% of your lvl

That might be better...
