I think they should make static charge pasive so here are the lvl and energy gian
lvl1:5%energy gain
lvl2:8%energy gain
lvl3:11%energy gian
lvl4:14%energy gain
lvl5:16%energy gian
lvl6:18%energy gain
lvl7:20%energy gain
lvl8:21%energy gian
lvl9:22%energy gain
lvl10:23 energy gain
(note:we can chage them around)

the best could think right now is give a support requierement 43 at max level

scale with str similar to assimilation make so over 100 str can only give you up to 25 energy back a 3 turn cooldown

It cannot be passive because it'd be pretty much Energy version of BL, and to make it a passive, you'd have to drop PA (Devs said it's staying) or Malf, and I doubt players would want to lose Malf.

SC shouldn't be reliable EP regen, since it's an active. Up to 25 Energy back every 3 turns? No. With PA and Malf, it'd be game-breaking and so much potential for abuse. Then what about Frenzy? It'd look crap compared to SC and it's HP version of SC really. How about a bit more sensible suggestion? You realised it was nerfed in the past due to giving back TOO much Energy, and your suggestion is reversing that and worse.

dude you are staring to scare me i don't know what version of the game are you playing but you always try to make everything so extreme,think of it the way you wanted all ima say is make the skill useful or remove and put something else instead and while on it do something about Shadow art which is just as bad static charge right now.

I also ask for no more nerf on stat From now on they should just focus on Skill them self then one that aren't good.

Initial version of SC could return 15-20 EP per use, and it worked on completely different system where it ignored defence in terms of EP regen. Guess why it's so little now? Because of PA and because it was OP.

Yeah. Extreme. Totally. Just telling you how it was in the past when CHs were released. Seems like you weren't around back then. And you've probably missed the era when PA was added in place of Technician, SC had high % and everyone were CHs (not literally) and it was abused so much that people usually rage quitted.

if it was on Delta i did miss it but it doesn't change the fact that cyber hunter have 3 useless skills right

SC,Venom Strike even though it had a buff it still as useless as it is nobody use it and well Shadow art while is helpful is a bad skill for the class it self and for other class is just to random.

Again. Only because not everyone use it, that doesn't mean it's UP. You said the same about Assimilation in the other thread. Also Poison skills are more effective now with tank builds around, if you didn't know. Only because it's not common, it doesn't mean it's UP nor OP.

not only because nobody use considering that i do a bunch of 2vs2 but also because it is ineffective i spend most of my varuim on class changing and i know that im talking about ?spend 100$ this pass moth only have 5k left more them half of it on class change try poison multiple times

Not supported since is basically the energy version of bloodlust not to mention it would give CH 3 passives which would once again make them overpowered.

Also Cyber hunter isn't underpowered in the least. But you are right about one thing. TM assimalation as it is now is even more OP then static charge used to be since it not only give the same amount of energy the old static used to give, but drains it from the opponent as well. It is like EMP and the old static mixed together. It needed a buff but nothing like that. Hopefully it will get the nerf it needs to be balanced again.

About 20% on MAX would be most appropriate if it was a passive. It's 10% lower than Reroute just so it's compensated for requirement of being hit to gain energy. Also, I would like there to be a requirement of supp instead because plasma armor already has a tech requirement and this means if there was a stat abuse CH, if it uses either Plasma Armor or Static Charge, it's hard for it to abuse the other.

Stop with these SC threads, CH is the most powerful class.

I think that SC should be replaced or have the percentages lowered to 10% at max and a passive. Also IMO, SA is pretty useless for CH. Make another skill that improves deflect chance instead of block chance. After all, CH is supposed to be an energy and tech version of BH.
