There's a huge gap in experience from level 28-ish to 35, and lots of level 30s are getting beat down by the high amount of level 35s. Also, with the new stat system, I feel it's possible to raise the level cap by large amounts at once (as long as more skills are introduce) without worrying too much about imbalance. Therefore, I'm suggesting a few things:

-Raise the level cap by 15 levels
-Introduce 3 new skills into each class, and make every single skill of each class unique (replace overlapping skills)
-The max investment in any skill is 11 points instead of 10

This would remove the large density of level 35 players who are beating down on those just reaching the point where they have to stop abusing builds like bunker then zerker. However, in order to keep this increased gap by becoming problematic given certain build types, there needs to be more places to invest skill points in. This would overall introduce more unique builds, and set lots of higher level players who may be quitting soon to have something to work toward.

Raising the level cap by 15 levels? Not supported with the way it is now. Remember the higher you go up the less players you will have to challenge you. Plus once you are out of range of everyone you won't be able to level up until others come into your range. This will mean hardcore players will have less and less opponents as they level up further and further.

As for the other two I could support them since we need new skills to replace old ones. If they did they there will be less overlapping skills meaning skills could get balanced without destroying another class that would share it. As for the investing in a skill sounds interesting as well.

Are you saying increase levels, but keep the same amount of exp, meaning less exp per level? If so, I'm cool with that. Otherwise, no, because the exp curve is too steep already.

Shoot beyond the stars and get the moon? I am fond of your way of thinking. I would be supportive of 5 levels at a time anyhow, 15 may be pushing the developers the wrong way though.

@mother1: I guess it would be true that hardcore players would get less and less opponents to find, so maybe the best to raise at one point in time would be 5 levels, and over time these 5 level boosts would happen quite often (perhaps every 2-3 months).

@Fortitudo: Well, the exp system for levels would still stay the same in terms of the formula used to find the exp required for the next level. I don't see why it should be changed, as this game doesn't have a crazy experience scale as a lot of Korean MMOs (those MMOs are crazy... takes 200 hours of hardcore farming on average to get from level 31 to 32 when the level cap is 50).

i think 15 lvls is a bit much but really they need to change something cuz its not fun fighting all those lvl 35ish players at lvl 31-33 and than in the end having 500 more loses than wins -.-

I do think that we need more levels, because as time goes on, more and more players will reach lvl 35 and they will continue to beat on the lower levels (30-34)
15 may be too much, but i like the idea, maybe 5 or 10 levels
