1 FOCUS---------- -reduce all skill damage 1,lover buff and debuff 2 points


2 FOCUS----------- reduce all skill damage 1,reduce buff and debuff 2 points


3 FOCUS----------- reduce all skill damage 1,reduce buff and depuff 2 points


4 FOCUS---------- reduce all skill damage 2,reduce buff and debuff 3 points


5 FOCUS---------- reduce all all skill damage 2, reduce buff and debuff 3


This is pure suggestion .

Now 5 focus can use every skills no penalties. this nerfs them little bit.

(Those reduces can be changes bigger or smaller.)

Im play merc too. That nerfs all Attacks skill including buff and debuff. But no passives and bot.

Santok, no matter how much you nerf it, people will still complain cuase you beat them using strategy, when they use a build they copied.

Yes people copy everything and complain too. I dont see this so bad suggestion. focus players can be tank and big damage. 5 focus is no anything penalty plus very good bot. Plus good skills too. That is them advanced now.That my suggestion making only more balance plus more strategy, yes.

That why i making this suggestion.

Not supported in the least. this would hurt all builds unless they have no focus and in case you haven't noticed even most spam builds have at least level 1 or 2 focus.

what if i want a 4 focus sergical or bunker build?
mercs are not all about 5 focus and bots..

not supported, you want to nerf the only build which uses the most strategy? you have no good reason to nerf them

I don't see why I should be penalised for using a certain build. Being 'jack of all trades, master of nothing' is already a penalty since you're balanced in all areas but not as much as other builds that focus on defence or offence.

Besides, what if I use Focus 5 because my requirements on skills are THAT bad? Why am I penalised even further? Sometimes it's good to have balance of both (thus ending with Focus 4/5) and not using the Bot. My Merc has Focus 4 because.. that's how my stats turned out. What Bot I use? Assault Bot P. So basically, I have the debuff and alternative source of blockable damage *if* I need to and have no other choice.

Yes people see always bad things first. But good things laggins always behind.

This suggeggestion making people taking more options to building. Now is too much 5 focus player.

Now 5 focus can use every skills no penalties. this nerfs them little bit.

Skills is little bit weaker.

This is not effected cores, bot ,passives skills or stats.

yep, 4 focus is smaller reduce skills (damage 5,reduce buff and debuff 9) than 5 focus (damage 7,reduce buff and debuff 12)

(Those reduces can be changes bigger or smaller

But why should we be penalised for something we may not even rely on? If I have Focus 5 and use Assault Bot only for its ability, why should I deal less damage? No matter what penalty, it's wrong. Focus 1 can be achieved very early on or even with abuse, so why should I be penalised for.. trying to be creative by not using Bot (damage) but being forced to have Focus?

There is NO reason to nerf Focus. Scared of IA? Fix the Bot, not penalise everyone..

No. Why should there be a nerf in the first place? Explain that. What causes you trouble? What if my build is (STR/DEX/TECH/SUPP) 35/58/65/39 - by that, I should be Focus 3, am I right? I don't use a Bot but for its ability and my strong point is defence. Why should I be penalised for that at all? Why penalise Focus at all? It was already done so once with Gamma Bot release and the change affected the future Bots.

I seen this change to making more balance.

i dont see broplem of that.

try the infernal android. Out of all the bots for terms of power there were only 2 bots people complained about. The gamma bot which was taken care of and the infernal android which is still OP. Let's not give bots that don't need a nerf another nerf because one bot is OP focus on the one bot that is OP in power not every bot when it is just one.

Focus 5 has it's downs. While it can use all skills at once, it can't use them as effectively as a strength spamming build would use strength, dex spam uses dex move etc. In other words the attack used aren't as powerful. Focus 5 is giving up power in all areas to use each area moderately. Why should focus get another nerf to making it weaker when they are giving up power to use moderate power?

mercs are not all about 5 focus and bots.. -----Yes they arent all 5 focus and bot. This is not effected cores, bot ,passives skills or stats. Effect only skills. And u can abuse some stat. Those reduces can be changes bigger or smaller depend focus.

Makes no sense.---Sometimes that is first looking.

You still didn't say what's OP about Focus, at all. If it's a specific Bot, deal with that.--5 focus can use every skills no penalties and can use strong bot. Bot not cost any energy. 5 focus build no need so much energy than casters. or Heavy attackers.(like massacre) Still 5 focus works.


Don't punish the whole community for nothing.
I punish myself too ;)

BUT this is still suggestion ^^

did you not read my last post? sure focus 5 can use all skills however, they don't get the same power as a stat abuse build would that is the fault of focus 5. Can a focus 5 TM using max level plasma bolt get the same power that a tech spamming TM get out of it? No they can't. Can't a focus 5 get the same power out of malf as a support spamming CH? I think not.

Focus gives up power for flexibility with the added bonus of robot power. Why should me or anyone else who would want to use focus 5 or focus period be punished for wanting some sort of flexibility?

Ha! No. Jack of all trades = specialised build. How? Focus has spread out stats and covers all areas but not as well as specialised build. But specialised build has a weak area (say offence) which Focus has covered but not as well. Bots that give damage are useable for Focus, ones with effects are good for those who don't rely on Focus as much.

Focus is excellent in all stats but poor on health and energy. Only those 2.
